UFC GYM is seeking a Membership Specialist in Houston to drive membership sales through lead generation, tour presentations, and excellent customer service. You will book appointments, present membership options, and ensure managers are involved in the sales process to support closing deals.

The role emphasizes on-site work, adherence to schedules, and maintaining high-quality member experiences while achieving monthly revenue targets.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Must complete company sales training and orientation program.
• Minimum 1-2 years sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• External marketing, promotions and prospecting to generate leads.
• Book membership appointments and meet monthly appointment goals.
• Present membership options using approved presentations and ensure manager introduction.
• Ensure 50% guest closing and 25% personal training enrollment.
• Provide 100% Fitness Tour for guests.
• Follow up with enrolled members to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and operations.
• Enforce attendance and timekeeping rules.
