Job summary

UFC GYM is seeking a Membership Specialist in Florida to drive membership sales and generate leads through external and internal promotions. You will conduct gym tours, deliver compelling membership presentations, and work toward monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service.

You will book appointments, follow up with enrolled members, and ensure proper documentation. This role requires weekend and holiday availability and a strong focus on achieving revenue goals for the

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Appointment Booking: External marketing, promotions and prospecting. This is a daily activity and requires off site promotions including distributing passes, building relationships with local merchants and branding events to inform the community of UFC gym and services, ultimately resulting into leads.
• Guest Touring, Membership Presentations, & Personal Production: Ensure that 100% of guests are presented the “Fitness Tour” when touring guests around the gym as detailed in the Membership Specialist Playbook and aim for 50% closing. Ensure each new member meets a manager before completing the sales process and exiting the gym.
• Customer Service: Follow up with members that have enrolled to ensure we are exceeding expectations and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Miscellaneous: Sales Schedule, Mandatory Meetings, Uniform Policy, Timekeeping and related administrative requirements.
