UFC GYM is seeking a Membership Specialist in Houston to welcome guests, drive memberships, and exceed revenue targets through proactive lead generation and engaging presentations. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, a strong sales mindset, and collaboration with management.
You will conduct tours, present membership options, and ensure proper documentation and signing of agreements. Availability on weekends and holidays is required to support team goals.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
- General understanding of Fitness Industry.
- Ability to work with computers.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
- Must be a team player.
Responsibilities
- Lead generation through external marketing, promotions, and prospecting to create sales opportunities.
- Book membership appointments via outbound calls and meet monthly goals.
- Present memberships using approved UFC Gym materials and ensure manager involvement.
- Guide guests through the Fitness Tour and drive member enrollments and Personal Training interest.
- Meet monthly revenue targets and ensure proper documentation for every sale.
