National Federation of Independent Business seeks an Elite Outside Sales Advocate. This hybrid role blends field work with strategic selling to small business owners. You’ll be in the field 95% of the time, meeting owners, and driving NFIB membership growth.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial background with ownership/leadership experience is a plus.
• Ability to maintain persistence with face-to-face meetings.
• Willingness to learn and apply a proven sales model.
• Commitment to growing NFIB through membership.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: meet small business owners in person (no appointment setting).
• Deliver NFIB’s 5-minute sales presentation confidently.
• Close: enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: educate owners on NFIBs work in DC and state capitals.
