NFIB is seeking an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to grow our small-business membership. You’ll be the boots-on-the-ground closer, meeting independent business owners in person and delivering a proven five-minute presentation.

This Hunter/Closer role offers uncapped commissions, full medical/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, and structured training. Expect a field-first schedule with M-F hours and travel reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: conduct in-person cold calls to meet small business owners.
• The NFIB Presentation: master and deliver our five-minute proven sales presentation.
• The Close: use an assumptive one-call close to enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: educate owners on NFIB's protections in Washington, D.C. and in state capitals.
