NFIB is seeking an Elite Outside Sales Advocate in the United States to grow small-business membership through face-to-face outreach and a proven sales framework. You will present a concise, 5-minute closing presentation and enroll members on the spot, delivering advocacy for small business rights.

As a Hunter/Closer, you will engage independent owners across industries, earning uncapped commissions with a solid benefits package.

• Relentless persistence to conduct in-person outreach and build instant rapport with business owners.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Conduct in-person cold calls to meet small business owners (no appointment setting).
• The NFIB Presentation: Master and deliver our 5-minute verbatim sales presentation.
• The Close: Use an assumptive one-call close to enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: Educate owners on NFIB's protections in Washington, D.C., and state capitals.
