Job summary

NFIB seeks an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to grow membership and represent the Voice of Small Business across markets. This hunter/closer role rewards performance with an uncapped commission plan, paid training, and full benefits.

You will prospect in person, deliver our 5-minute presentation, close memberships on the spot, and advocate for small business rights in Washington, D.C. and state capitals. Full-time, field-based position with flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of results.
• Ability to build rapport with small business owners and conduct face-to-face outreach.
• Willingness to learn and apply a proven sales process.
• Advocacy mindset; explain NFIB protections and impact.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and meet small business owners through in-person outreach (no appointment setting).
• Master and present NFIB’s 5-minute sales presentation.
• Close enrollments on the spot and process payments.
• Educate owners on NFIB rights in DC and state capitals.
