NFIB in the United States seeks an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to grow NFIB membership by engaging independent business owners with a proven, structured sales model.

This hunter/closer position offers an uncapped commission plan, paid training, full benefits, and a W-2 with 30 days to eligibility for benefits, across North Carolina. You will drive territory growth from Rocky Mount to surrounding markets.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial spirit and ownership of a business, department, or territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Conduct in-person cold calls to meet small business owners (no appointment setting).
• The NFIB Presentation: Master and deliver our 5-minute verbatim sales presentation.
• The Close: Use an assumptive one-call close to enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: Educate owners on NFIB protections in Washington, D.C., and state capitals.
