NFIB, the Voice of Small Business, seeks an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to impact communities nationwide. This Hunter/Closer will engage independent business owners through in-person cold calls and deliver a proven 5-minute sales presentation to enroll members and process payments on the spot.

You will be part of a training-focused environment with full benefits and an uncapped commission plan designed for top performers.

Qualifications

• Owns or led a business or department with accountability for results.
• Persists through rejection and builds rapport with small business owners.
• Values continuous improvement and learns a proven sales model quickly.
• Is driven to grow NFIB's membership and advocates for small business rights.

Responsibilities

• prospect by meeting small business owners with in-person cold calls (no appointment setting).
• Master and deliver NFIB's 5-minute sales presentation.
• Close memberships and process payments on the spot using an assumptive one-call close.
• Educate owners on NFIB advocacy in DC and state capitals.
