Fitness Connection is seeking a Fitness Consultant in Raleigh, NC who thrives on connecting with people and driving memberships. You will guide prospective members through the selection process, present memberships and services, and help them sign up with confidence.

As the first face guests meet, you will build trust, deliver exceptional service, and maintain accurate records in our club tools. This role requires a motivated, people-oriented individual who can work a flexible schedule,

Qualifications

• Ability to build trust and create meaningful conversations with prospective members.
• Strong consultative selling and closing skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Lead engaging club tours and connect goals to services.
• Present memberships, personal training, and club services confidently.
• Generate leads, referrals, networking, and outreach activities.
• Maintain accurate records for leads, referrals, memberships, and sales.
