Job summary

Fitness Connection in Dallas is hiring a Fitness Consultant to drive membership growth and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will conduct engaging tours, present memberships and services, and build a strong pipeline through referrals and outreach.

This role requires flexible hours, strong communication, and a genuine passion for helping people achieve fitness goals. The position emphasizes welcoming guests, recording accurate lead data, and delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or another customer-facing role preferred.
Completion of Fitness Connection's EPIC Training Program within the designated timeframe.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the club for extended periods.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Drive Membership Growth and build a strong pipeline through the club's sales process.
Run engaging club tours linking member goals to memberships and services.
Present memberships, personal training, and club services confidently.
Generate leads via referrals, networking, outreach, and community events.
Maintain an active pipeline of future members and scheduled appointments.
Execute front desk duties, member check-ins, and telephone inquiries; document interactions.
