Job summary

Fitness Connection is seeking a Fitness Consultant to connect with people, drive membership growth, and deliver excellent member experiences. You will guide prospective members through the selection process, present memberships and services, and generate leads through referrals and community outreach.

In a fast-paced club environment, you will maintain accurate records, run front desk tasks, and support opening/closing responsibilities while following policies and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the club for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive Membership Growth and meet sales goals.
• Lead engaging club tours linking goals to memberships.
• Present memberships, personal training, and services confidently.
• Generate leads through referrals, networking, outreach and events.
• Maintain an active pipeline of future members and appointments.
• Execute front desk duties and member check-ins with professionalism.
