Job summary

El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor in Warren, MI to be the face of our brand. You will welcome customers with confidence, educate them on Unlimited Membership, and convert interactions into loyalty while delivering outstanding service.

You will resolve concerns on the spot, maintain a clean and safe site, and log feedback for continuous improvement. This is a frontline, hourly role with opportunities for growth within Site Operations.

Qualifications

Reliable attendance and professional image; you show up on time and polished.
Charismatic, high-energy presence; extroverted and engaging in customer moments.
Proven ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy.
Goal-oriented and results-driven; you know your numbers and hit targets.
Strong empathy paired with sales drive; you read the customer and adapt.
Confident handling of complaints and concerns on the spot.
Comfortable with POS systems and site technology.

Responsibilities

Set the tone from the start by welcoming customers with energy and confidence.
Drive membership growth by educating customers on the Unlimited Membership program.
Turn service into sales by reading customers and closing without being pushy.
Handle concerns quickly and professionally to leave customers impressed.
Keep the site clean, safe, and welcoming; demonstrate standards in every area.
Capture customer feedback, log it in Micrologic, and share insights with the team.
