Job summary

El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to be the face of our site operations, delivering energetic service and driving membership growth. You will educate customers on the Unlimited Membership, convert interest into loyalty, and transform each visit into a repeat experience.

You’ll handle concerns professionally, maintain a clean site, and capture feedback for team improvements. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish capability, reliability, and an extroverted personality that

Must demonstrate reliable attendance and professional image.

Resolve concerns quickly and professionally; handle complaints on the spot.
Keep the site clean, safe, and welcoming; ensure standards are visible in all customer areas.
Log customer feedback in Micrologic and communicate insights to the team.
