Job summary
El Car Wash LLC in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to be the face of EL, delivering high-energy service and driving memberships. You will welcome guests, explain our Unlimited Membership, and convert interest into loyalty.
You will resolve issues professionally, keep the site clean, and capture feedback for the team. Evening/weekend availability and outdoor work are common; bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
Qualifications
- Reliable attendance and professional image.
- Extroverted, engaging and capable of quick rapport.
- Goal-oriented with strong empathy and sales ability.
- Confident handling complaints and resolving issues on the spot.
- Comfortable with site technology and POS systems.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
