El Car Wash is hiring a Customer Experience Advisor to welcome customers, promote Unlimited Memberships, and convert visits into lasting loyalty. You’ll combine service energy with sales drive to drive growth while maintaining a clean, welcoming site.

This frontline, hourly role requires an energetic, people-focused individual who can handle concerns, work evenings and weekends, and thrive outdoors. Benefits include healthcare, retirement, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and professional image, on-time and polished.
• Extroverted, high-energy presence ideal for customer-facing moments.

• Confident handling complaints on the spot and resolving issues.
• Comfortable using POS systems and site technology.
• Available for evenings, weekends and holidays; outdoor work in all conditions.
• Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus for South Florida markets.

• Capture what matters — Log feedback in Micrologic and share insights with the team.
