El Car Wash in Miami, FL is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to be the face of EL, delivering standout service and driving membership growth. You will welcome customers, educate them about the Unlimited Membership, turn service into sales, handle concerns, maintain a clean site, and log feedback.

This role requires reliability, high energy, sales mindset, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in an outdoor setting.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and professional image.
• Charismatic, high-energy presence; extroverted and engaging.
• Proven ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy.
• Goal-oriented and results-driven; you know your numbers.
• Empathy with sales and the ability to read customers well.
• Confident handling complaints and concerns on the spot.
• Comfortable with POS systems and site technology.
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; outdoor work in all conditions.
• Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish — strong plus in South Florida markets.

• Capture what matters - log customer feedback in Micrologic and share insights with the team.
