El Car Wash LLC in Warren, MI is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to greet guests, educate on our Unlimited Membership, and convert interest into loyalty. You’ll be the face of EL, delivering high-energy service and building trust from the first hello.

You’ll handle concerns professionally, keep the site clean and safe, log feedback in Micrologic, and help drive membership growth. Previous hospitality or sales experience is a plus, and bilingual English/Spanish is welcomed in our markets.

Qualifications

• Available for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and upselling ability without pressure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with confidence and energy.
• Educate customers on Unlimited Membership and convert to loyalty.
• Close sales by reading customers and adjusting approach.
• Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
