Job summary

Fitness Connection is seeking a Fitness Consultant in the Houston area to connect with new people, explore membership options, and guide prospects through the sales journey with a focus on member experience.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, high-energy interactions, and contributing to membership growth within a fast-paced club environment. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Completion of Fitness Connection EPIC Training Program within designated timeframe.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive Membership Growth and achieve or exceed goals.
• Build a strong pipeline of prospective members.
• Guide future members through membership selection using sales process.
• Conduct engaging club tours connecting goals to services.
• Present memberships, personal training, and services confidently.
• Generate leads through referrals, networking, outreach, and events.
• Maintain an active pipeline of future members and appointments.
• Provide welcome, informed, and professional member experiences.
• Run front desk with member check-ins and phone inquiries.
• Follow company policies, safety, and operational procedures.
• Support opening/closing, cleanliness, and merchandising.
