National Federation of Independent Business is seeking an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to engage independent business owners, enroll members, and drive advocacy across local and state levels.

In this hunter/closer role, you will master a structured sales model, deliver a concise presentation, and close memberships on the spot while benefiting from paid training, full benefits, and an uncapped commission plan.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial spirit and ownership mindset required.
• Relational persistence to connect with small business owners in person.
• Willingness to learn and apply a proven sales model.
• Ability to advocate for NFIB and educate owners on rights.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and meet small business owners in person (no appointment setting).
• Deliver NFIB’s 5-minute sales presentation.
• Close memberships and process payments on the spot.
• Educate owners on NFIB protections in DC and state capitals.
