Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II to manage member and guest interactions, educate on club programming, and support seamless account maintenance.

You will act as the primary contact, fostering relationships and delivering exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced resort environment. Ideal candidates bring strong customer service experience, the ability to multitask, and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.

Formación

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stand for extended periods (4 hours)
• Willingness to pursue hospitality certifications to progress

Responsabilidades

• Acts as first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort
• Builds relationships with members to create extraordinary experiences
• Handles inbound calls and outreach to support engagement and acquisition
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies
• Assists with account maintenance, changes, and payments for programs, services, and products
• Contributes to new membership sales and member retention interactions
• Engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns
