Life Time is seeking a Membership Concierge II to serve as the primary contact for members and guests at the resort. You will maintain accounts, promote programming, and participate in member engagement initiatives while progressing through hospitality certification levels.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, educating on pricing and policies, and supporting new membership sales and retention efforts. This role emphasizes service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Candidates must deliver high quality customer service and effective verbal communication.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to stand for 4 hours.
• Education includes high school graduation; hospitality degree preferred.
• Retention/certification focus includes completing the Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first point of contact for members and guests upon entry.
• Build relationships and create extraordinary experiences.
• Handle inbound calls and outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educate members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assist with account maintenance and member transactions, including payments.
• Support new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Engage in problem solving and service recovery using available tools.
