Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort.
• Builds relationships with members and guests to create extraordinary experiences.
• Handles inbound calls and outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance, changes and transactions including payments for programs, services and products.
• Serves as key contact for new memberships and member retention interactions.
• Engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns.
