Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Effective communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality preferred.

Aufgaben

• Serve as first contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Build relationships and deliver extraordinary hospitality experiences.
• Handle inbound calls and outbound outreach to engage and acquire members.
• Educate members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assist with account maintenance and process member needs and payments.
• Support new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Engage in problem solving and service recovery as needed.
