Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II to act as the primary contact for members and guests at the resort, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships. You will support account maintenance, program information, events, and pricing while driving member engagement.

In this fast-paced hospitality role, you will handle inbound and outbound outreach, assist with new memberships and retention efforts, and strive to create extraordinary experiences for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships and create extraordinary experiences
• Receives inbound calls and outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition
• Maintains knowledge of club programs, events, pricing, and policies
• Assists members with account maintenance, changes and transactions including payments
• Serves as key contact for new membership sales and retention interactions
• Engages in problem solving and service recovery using appropriate tools and resources
