Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort.
• Exemplifies hospitality mindset and builds relationships through exceptional experiences.
• Receives inbound calls and outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance, changes, and payments for programs and services.
• Acts as contact for new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Solves problems and performs service recovery using appropriate tools.
