Life Time is seeking a Membership Concierge II to handle account maintenance, service delivery, and member engagement. You will grow through hospitality certification levels and craft a succession plan aligned with your goals.

You’ll educate members on programming, assist with transactions, and contribute to sales and retention efforts while delivering exceptional guest experiences daily.

Qualifications

• Must multitask, deliver high-quality customer service and recover from service gaps.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to stand for extended periods.
• Strong verbal communication and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Serves as first contact for members and guests at the resort.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Handles account maintenance, member needs, and transactions.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions.
