Job summary

Planet Fitness - Excel Fitness is hiring at the front desk for our Fort Worth area clubs. You will deliver a friendly customer service experience, check members in, take tours, and assist with new account sign-ups.

You will also update member information, respond to questions, maintain cleanliness, and escalate issues to the Assistant Manager when needed. We emphasize safety protocols and a welcoming atmosphere. Join a growing team with potential to advance into managerial roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience.
• Check members into the system.
• Take prospective members on tours and assist with account sign-up.
• Facilitate updates to members’ accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns; escalate as needed.
• Maintain detailed cleaning in all areas of the facility.
