Job summary

Excel Fitness, a Planet Fitness franchise group, is seeking a front desk team member to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, welcoming club environment in Texas. You’ll assist with member sign-ups, tours for prospective members, and updates to member accounts while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, customer service experience, and are at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience.
• Check members into the system.
• Take prospective members on tours and assist them with the new account sign-up process.
• Facilitate needed updates to member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Detailed cleaning in all areas of the facility.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment and uphold safety protocols.
