Excel Fitness, a Planet Fitness franchise group based out of Austin, TX, is seeking a front desk team member to create a positive member experience. You will check in members, give tours, assist with sign-ups, and handle account updates with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Check members into the system and assist with tours and sign-ups.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to questions.
• Assist with account updates and member requests.
• Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming facilities.
• Escalate issues to Manager when needed.
