Job summary

Life Time Inc. is hiring a Membership Concierge II to manage member accounts, drive engagement, and deliver outstanding hospitality. You will progress through certification levels and build a customized succession plan to advance professionally.

In this role, you will serve as the main contact for members, educate them on programs, handle transactions, and contribute to new memberships and retention efforts in a fast-paced resort setting.

Qualifications

• Must multitask and deliver high quality customer service.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong verbal communication.
• Ability to engage members and guests and resolve issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Act as first contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Build relationships and create extraordinary experiences for members.
• Handle inbound calls and outbound outreach to support engagement.
• Educate members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assist with account maintenance and member transactions.
• Support new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Resolve issues through problem solving and service recovery.
