Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II to support member and guest engagement, account maintenance, and program insights at our resort. You will progress through hospitality certifications and develop a customized succession plan to reach your professional goals.

You will serve as the primary contact for members, educate on club offerings, process payments, and contribute to member retention through proactive outreach and exemplary service.

Qualifications

• Must multi-task, deliver high-quality customer service and handle service recovery.
• Able to stand for 4 hours and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort.
• Educate members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assist members with account maintenance and processing member needs/payments.
• Support new member sales and member retention interactions.
• Engage in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns.
