Job summary

Life Time Inc. in New Jersey is hiring a Membership Concierge II to greet members, assist with accounts, and promote club programs. You will engage guests, process memberships, and drive ongoing engagement through personalized service.

You will educate members on events, pricing, and policies, handling inquiries and resolving issues with a friendly hospitality mindset. This role emphasizes growth, retention, and excellent service in a dynamic resort environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Completion of Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Build relationships and create extraordinary experiences for members and guests.
• Handle inbound calls and outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educate members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assist with account maintenance and processing member needs and payments.
• Support new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Resolve member questions and concerns using proper tools.
