Life Time Las Vegas is seeking a Membership Concierge II to manage member accounts, deliver exceptional hospitality, and engage guests across programs and events. In this role, you will develop through certification progression and help shape personalized career plans while supporting service and sales activities.

In a fast-paced resort setting, you will handle inquiries, assist with memberships and payments, support new sales, and contribute to retention while pursuing hospitality

Qualifications

• Multi-tasking and high-quality customer service are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced resort environment.
• Stand for extended periods (up to 4 hours) with a friendly demeanor.
• Excellent verbal communication and service recovery skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for members and guests.
• Build relationships and create extraordinary experiences.
• Handle inbound calls and outbound outreach for engagement.
• Educate members on programs, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assist with account maintenance, changes, and payments.
• Support new membership sales and member retention.
• Engage in problem solving and service recovery using available tools.
