Qualifications

• Must deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to multi-task and handle member inquiries and transactions.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods (4 hours).
• Capable of problem solving and service recovery.
• Retention certification due within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for members and guests.
• Educate members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assist with account maintenance and payments.
• Support new membership sales and member retention.
• Outbound outreach and inbound calls to engage members.
• Resolve issues using appropriate tools and resources.
