Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II to handle account maintenance, service delivery, and member engagement at our Edina location. You will grow professionally through hospitality certifications and create a personalized succession plan to achieve your goals.

You will engage members and guests, answer inquiries, and assist with memberships, programs, and payments while delivering extraordinary experiences in a fast-paced resort setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Educate members about club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assist with account maintenance and member payments.
• Support new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Handle inquiries and service recovery using available tools.
