Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks a Membership Concierge II to manage account maintenance, service delivery and member engagement. You will educate members on club programming, events and policies, while facilitating new membership sales and retention interactions.

In this fast-paced hospitality role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound member contacts, resolve issues, and deliver extraordinary experiences as part of a supportive, growth-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Must multitask, deliver high-quality customer service and practice service recovery.
• Excellent verbal communication and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Acts as first contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Builds relationships and creates extraordinary experiences with members and guests.
• Handles inbound calls and outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance, changes and transactions including program payments.
• Serves as a contact for new membership sales and member retention.
• Engages in problem solving and service recovery using available tools.
