Job summary

Life Time Athletic Resorts is seeking a Membership Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for members and guests at our resort. You will provide hospitality-driven service, educate on club programs, events, and policies, and help with account maintenance and transactions.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Passion to serve others
• Effective communication skills

Responsibilities

• Acts as first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort
• Builds relationships with members and guests by delivering extraordinary experiences
• Answers incoming phone calls and assists with inquiries
• Keeps up-to-date knowledge of club programs, events, pricing, and policies
• Assists with account maintenance and member transactions
• Supports new member acquisition and retention efforts
• Uses problem solving to address questions and concerns and perform service recovery
