Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge I to warmly welcome members and guests and deliver exceptional service. You will be the first contact, helping with inquiries, guiding programming, and supporting account changes with a friendly, professional approach.

The role emphasizes hospitality, clear communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced fitness club environment. This position is hourly and part-time, with benefits available for full-time team members where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Completion of Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Strong communication and hospitality mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as first point of contact for members and guests.
• Handles inbound calls and assists with transactions.
• Keeps knowledge updated on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Provides high-quality customer service and creates positive experiences.
