Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II in California to serve as the first point of contact for members and guests at the resort.

You will nurture relationships, guide program choices, and assist with account maintenance while delivering outstanding hospitality. In this role, you will handle calls, educate guests on events and pricing, support new memberships, and contribute to member retention.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service and strong communication.
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Build relationships with members and guests, creating extraordinary experiences.
• Receive inbound calls and conduct outbound outreach to engage members.
• Educate members on programs, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assist with account maintenance and member payments and transactions.
• Support new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Engage in problem solving and service recovery using available tools.
