Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II to manage member interactions, handle account maintenance, and drive engagement. You will deliver exceptional service and contribute to member satisfaction while promoting club programming and events.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service or sales, strong communication skills, and a friendly, proactive approach in a fast-paced environment. Evening and weekend availability is common.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as the first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists members with account maintenance, changes and transactions including payments for programs, services, and products.
• Acts as a key contact for new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns.
