Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is hiring a Membership Concierge II to serve as the front-line resource for members and guests. You will handle account maintenance, educate on programming, events, and pricing, and support engagement and acquisition through outbound outreach.

In this role, you will maintain a hospitality-focused mindset, build relationships, and assist with membership changes and payments. A positive, outgoing demeanor and strong communication are essential for success in a fast-paced resort

Qualifications

• Must multitask and provide high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for 4 hours at a time and maintain a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
• Strong verbal communication and service recovery skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort.
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships and create extraordinary experiences.
• Receives inbound calls and conducts outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Maintains knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies to educate members and guests.
• Assists members with account maintenance, changes, and transactions including program, service, and product payments.
• Serves as a key contact for new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality
