Job summary

Alpha is hiring for a on-site Director of Membership to manage the entire family enrollment journey at a single campus. You will engage with affluent families, conduct tours, and guide them from inquiry through first day decisions, maintaining precise CRM and SIS records.

You will balance multiple families, deliver decisive outcomes, and uphold premium service standards. You will use AI tools to prepare materials and summaries, ensure timely responses, and collaborate with leadership to improve

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with a buyer at $25k+ per client or $2k+ per month

Responsibilities

• Own the membership journey from inquiry to onboarding for one campus.
• Manage 20+ active families at different stages and respond to inquiries within 4 hours.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days for families.
• Make admit/decline recommendations and communicate decisions to families.
• Keep HubSpot and SIS updated; use AI tools for prep and summaries; report pipeline health weekly.
