Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with buyers at $25k+ per client
• Owns a full enrollment journey from inquiry to commitment
• Manages 7+ client relationships in a CRM or tracking system
• Knows when to say no to an enrollment if it isn’t a good fit
• Has used AI tools in client-facing workflows
• Communicates concisely with executives and high-net-worth individuals
• Has led in-person tours, presentations, meetings for affluent families
• Can build multi-touch relationships over 30+ days
• Owns an enrollment/revenue target for 12+ months
• Built a demand channel that brought paying enrolled families or referrals

Responsibilities

• Own the membership journey from inquiry through onboarding and needs assessment
• Carry 20+ active families at once, respond to inquiries promptly
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days
• Form admits or declines and deliver decisions to families
• Keep HubSpot and SIS up to date; use AI tools for prep and summaries; report pipeline health weekly
