Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• 3+ years of managerial experience.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience.
• 3+ years of achieving budget goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Membership Concierge Team to deliver best-in-class member experience.
• Drive membership acquisition and retention goals through strategic planning.
• Manage payroll and scheduling to meet department budgets.
• Utilize member feedback to drive improvements in service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Life Time policies and processes.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration to meet brand standards.
