• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Strong verbal communication and service recovery skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
• Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for members and guests.
• Educate members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assist with account maintenance and transactions including program payments.
• Support new membership sales and member retention.
• Engage in problem solving and service recovery.
