Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge I to be the welcoming first point of contact for members and guests, delivering high-quality service and building value-based relationships that support healthy life goals.

You will educate on club programming, events, pricing, and policies while fostering a hospitality mindset and extraordinary guest experiences in a inviting, healthy environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Commitment to serve others.
• Effective communication skills.
• Passion for living a healthy way of life.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good verbal communication.
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.
• HS graduate or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests.
• Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences.
• Assists members with transactions and general account changes.
