Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Naperville, IL is seeking a Membership Concierge III-PT to deliver exceptional member service, actively promote Life Time to prospective members, assist with the buying experience, and help meet club acquisition and retention goals.

As a leader on The Concierge Team, you educate members about programs, events, pricing, and policies, build value-based relationships, and connect new members with Personal Training services to drive PT sales.

Qualifications

• Multitasking and delivering high-quality customer service.
• Verbal and written communication skills required.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Stand for extended periods and maintain a friendly demeanor.
• Completion of required certifications within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate check-ins for members and guests to ensure an efficient start.
• Handle phone calls and provide prompt, effective responses.
• Educate members about programs, events, pricing, and policies.
• Build relationships to foster loyalty and retention.
• Assist with account maintenance and processing of payments.
• Support retention efforts by offering options to cancel and retain members.
• Promote Personal Training services and enroll new members.
• Communicate brand-consistent messages via email or phone.
