Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge III to deliver top-tier service to members and guests. You will promote Life Time, guide the buying journey, and help meet club acquisition and retention goals while leading the Concierge Team with expertise and a service-first mindset.

You will educate members about programs, events, and policies, while building lasting relationships and creating memorable experiences that align with their healthy lifestyle goals.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-year customer service experience.
• Minimum of 1-year sales experience.
• Completion of Membership Sales Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate check-in process for members and guests entering club.
• Monitors, handles, and delegates incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Maintains updated knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Proactively builds relationships with members and guests with over the top service.
• Assist members with account maintenance, changes and transactions including payments.
• Engage in retention efforts by offering options and facilitating the best fit for members.
• Engage in service recovery to resolve questions and concerns for customer satisfaction.
• Customize buying experiences by highlighting amenities aligned to interests.
• Communicate with members via email or phone in line with our brand.
• Complete administrative duties and reconcile cash drawer.
