Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge III-PT to deliver high-quality customer service, promote Life Time to prospective members, and assist with the buying experience. This role leads the Concierge Team culture and contributes to club acquisition and retention goals.

You will build value-based relationships, highlight amenities and programs, and support Personal Training sales while earning commissions through connections.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and deliver high quality customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments; ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate check-in for members and guests to start their visit smoothly.
• Handle calls and educate members about club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Build relationships to foster loyalty and improve retention.
• Assist with account maintenance, processing transactions and changes.
• Support retention efforts by offering alternatives to cancellations.
• Assist in upselling Personal Training and related services.
• Communicate with members via email or phone consistent with brand messaging.
